A head's up on this week's menu -
Tuesday's Barley Salad is a mystery to me.
Wednesday's Avocado Heroes are dependent on the avocados being ripe by then. I'm hopeful.
It appears that we've been making too many chocolate desserts here lately. Surprised me, too. How about pie then?

  1. Hello!

I was thrilled to find this blog, as an alumnus who desperately misses Opus.

I was saddened to see that I missed the overview of the vegetarian chili, hummus wraps, and hummus(My lunch almost every day for 4 years). Would it be possible to revisit those?

    1. The profiles of the hummus, hummus wraps and chili were just ingredient lists and nutritional info. I'd be happy to re-post that.

The work-a-day world takes its toll,
You may gasp for a grasp of the Whole,
To trade virulent clatters, for something that matters,
Put your hands on the shape of a bowl.
