Said the Limestone quarryman of France,
Doing the Northern Tier-Southern Tier dance,
"That Olean foliage, S'like Aged meat before spoliage,
Makes one think of the Cuisine of France."

The low down on this week's menu -  Eliza is the star this week with her very first, (but not last) Mud Cake. Wednesday's panini will have a cayenne aioli, grilled eggplant, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, local tomatoes and basil mayo. Thursday is just one request fulfilled after another. Friday is definitely an avocado hero day.
News from the dark side - none, yet again.
Last week we shared our wild grape pie project.
Last week's bar song limerick;
Said the cat to the querulous crow,
As she stared out the window below,
"The leaves on the poplar are disturbingly doppler,
As an observer like you are should know."

The work-a-day world takes its toll,
You may gasp for a grasp of the Whole,
To trade virulent clatters, for something that matters,
Put your hands on the shape of a bowl.

Personalities of the week: Steph and Sophie; Hands to work, hearts to God.
