Music Menu
Red heads get The Blues, too

A heads up on this week's tentative menu -
Tuesday's much-anticipated Greek Salad is dependent on our produce delivery for Monday. It's possible that the delivery could come early enough that we would serve the salad on Monday.
The Roti stuffed with Potato Curry could morph into a Guyanese Chickpea Curry with Aloo Parathas and Basmati Rice. It could also be entirely replaced.
If the pickling ginger exudes enough juice by Wednesday, the Ginger Noodles will become Dragon Noodles.
The desserts offered are, as always, totally dependent on my mood. Call and ask if it's important to you.
News from the Dark Side  -  still no news. An 8 minute walk across campus, yet worlds away.

Last week's personality was Becca.
  • First shift, first day back [8 a.m. on a Monday]
  • Sharing her Mom's recipe for those Blondies
  • She has a great work ethic. Observe and learn from her.
Last week's CNY  Greco-Roman community was Scipio Corners, a hamlet on Owasco Lake. Visit it in the spring for the  frogs and peepers.
Last week we profiled Opus Hummus
Last week we gained 12 minutes and 48 seconds of sunlight

The work-a-day world takes its toll,
You may gasp for a grasp of the Whole,
To trade virulent clatters, for something that matters,
Put your hands on the shape of a bowl.

Personalities of the week: Steph and Sophie; Hands to work, hearts to God.
